EVOPIPES with its testing equipment and in cooperation with the leading accredited institutions ensure full compliance with quality requirements both in relation to raw materials and products by strictly following the valid standards and regulations.

Internal and external inspection of compatibility of the parameters of raw materials and products includes:

·      constant control of product parameters (outer diameter, wall thickness, ovality, etc.) by using ultrasound system;

·      measuring melt flow rate (MFR) for raw materials and products — we follow so that changes in MFR index of product do not differ from those of raw materials for more than 0.2 g/10 min, according to standard;

·      measuring oxidative-induction time (OIT) by using DSC measurements — samples are heated in neutral environment (nitrogen) to temperature exceeding their melting temperature, then the environment is changed to oxidative (oxygen) and observations are carried out to establish what is the pace of oxidative induction. We ensure that OIT for our products at 200oC is always more than 20 minutes.

·      longitudinal reversion test — we examine lack of internal stress in pipes. Pipe samples are marked with vertical indication marks at sectors and heated to 150oC. After cooling, changes in the distances between indication marks may not exceed 3 per cent;

·      hydrostatic strength test — at elevated temperature, internal stress corresponding to nominal stress of pipe operation is created and maintained in the pipe;

·      measuring extension in tension — by extending set form samples on universal testing device we measure the tensile deformation and tensile strength;

·      measuring perimeter strength for pipes, fittings, and control well elements;

·      measuring perimeter flexibility for pipes and fittings;

·      measuring mechanical strength and compression resistance;

·      examinations of water-tightness of flexible gasket connections;

·      examinations of mechanical strength and structural integrity of control wells;

·      measuring impact resistance of pipes, fittings, and control wells at temperatures from -30 to +200oC.

·      examination of self-quenching parameters.
